1. Payment

  1. What payment options are available?
    At the moment I offer iDeal, Paypal, Bancontact, Sofort Ueberweisung and Bank transfers.
  2. Do you offer payment plans?
    Yes. Payment plans are possible at products from and above €150. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the item is required. We can work out the details of the payment plans through email. Shipment or pickup of an item will take place after the last term has been payed.

2. Shipping/Pickup

  1. Do you ship to my country?
    Probably yes! I ship worldwide except for China. A few other countries might not be included as well. If you have any doubts or cannot find your country when selecting a shipping method, please send me an email.
  2. How much does shipping cost to my country?
    Shipping to your country depends on the weight and size of the items. I suggest putting everything in your cart and selecting your country. The system will then calculate the weight and size of the items and offer you the correct rate for shipping.
  3. Is it possible to pickup an item at a convention or store?
    I do not have a brick store, but for custom orders and special occasions it might be possible to pickup an item at Groningen, the Netherlands. I do not offer this for every order. You can send me an email to request pickup or to make an appointment.
    Pickup at a convention we attend is always possible. You can order your item and select 'pickup at (Convention name)'.
    Picking up an item is ofcourse free.
  4. Am I required to pay for an item in advance when I pick it up at a convention?
    Yes. Because I have limited stock and want to be sure you will come by to collect your item, I do not offer payment on site at the moment.
  5. When will you ship my order?
    I am currently shipping in-stock orders twice a week (days wil vary). If you have a deadline, please let me know before ordering so I can tell you wether or not I am able to make it. Custom orders and pre-orders have different shipping times. Contact me if you want to know more.

3. Custom orders

  1. Do you offer custom orders?
    Yes! I love to make custom orders. Just email me with your questions/suggestions and we can work something out.
  2. Am I required to pay a custom order before delivery?
    Yes. After we worked out our plans together and you have accepted the quote, I will make a custom listing for you on the website which you can purchase. I can then purchase all the materials I will need for the custom to be able to complete it. I am a small artist and business, so I unfortunately cannot purchase everything in advance and take the risk of cancellation.
  3. Can I pickup a custom order at a convention or store?
